Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase. Please note that you should not return anything without contacting us first to give you specific instructions on what to do and to find out if we will accept the return. Notification must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to We will get back with you regarding an approval for the return, how to handle the return, and where to send the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.  A full replacement will be provided at no cost to you. Save all packaging! Depending upon the situation, we may ask for the damaged item and original packaging to be returned in order to make claims against the carrier.

If an item is missing, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We need to investigate the matter and have it replaced at no cost to you.

You can return or exchange almost anything that is unused and unopened for ANY reason within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All returned and exchanged products must be unopened, unused, and in original salable condition, together with ALL original materials and packaging. A standard 5% return-processing fee will be applied before any refunds are made. If you return the item without receiving an approval and instructions on where to send the return, then a 20% return-processing fee will be applied.

The following product types are exceptions to our policy and are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Bath Salt Mixes

  • Oils/Essences

  • Incense Sticks/Cones/Powders/Resins/Granules

  • Herbs and Herbal Mixes

  • Books that have been personalized in a dedication

  • Candles or any items that have been personalized specifically for you

  • CDs

  • DVDs

Please note:  If you received free shipping with your original order and you are not returning damaged merchandise, we will deduct the amount normally charged to ship the package to you in addition to the return-processing fee from your refund.

Once we receive your request for return, we will follow up with instructions on where to send your returned merchandise along with your Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to send the merchandise back at your own expense via a shipper who provides a tracking number, both for your protection and ours. We need to receive the returned goods within 2 weeks from the date we emailed you your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions, otherwise your request for return will be considered null and void. Once we have received the returned merchandise, your refund will be issued as a credit back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. We will email you a confirmation of your refund and the amount that was refunded.

UPS/USPS Undeliverable Packages, Unclaimed Packages and Refused Packages
If your order is returned to us by UPS or USPS because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper (UPS or USPS), in addition to the original shipping costs and the 20% return processing fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of the repeat outbound shipment.
